We accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase for most orders. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for the returned items.

All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt.

All items must be returned by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip and send it back to us.

If your card is damaged on arrival, please reach out to us at info@thehebestore.com with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to remedy the situation.

We cannot honor order cancellation requests.
